Project Administration
• Planning, scheduling, and controlling the activities that must be performed to complete the project including budget, schedule, and scope
• Preparing and submitting monthly invoices
Meetings and Coordination
• Attending internal coordination and weekly check-in meetings
• Providing regular updates to HDR
Quality Control and Assurance
• Checking design plans, materials, and construction processes to ensure compliance with the Consultant’s Quality Management Plan
Data Management and GIS Data Creation
• Creating GIS data based on the existing plan documents which reside at CCDOTH and show stormwater features
• Setting up the project environment to include loading the planning files and creating map package with associated asset schema and symbology
• Merging GIS data submittals from subconsultants into single geodatabase
