Project scope encompassed 3 miles of pavement rehabilitation including intersections which involved precast concrete and hot mix asphalt pavement patching, pavement milling and resurfacing, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement, ADA ramp construction, traffic signal modernization, minor drainage repairs, pavement marking, and site restoration.
d’Escoto, Inc. provided construction inspection services for this three-mile segment of roadway and intersection improvements which included, but not limited to:
• Sawcut and removal of curb, gutter, and sidewalk; construction of new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and ADA ramps
• Full depth Class “C” Pavement patching, HMA milling & resurfacing, longitudinal joint sealant, tack coat and SMA surfacing, directional boring.
• Removal and replacement of traffic signals, equipment, and handholes
• Traffic control surveillance, temporary pavement marking, site restoration.
• Pay quantities, on-site inspection, field measurements, HMA material sampling, weekly reports, progress photos, field books, calculations, and layout.
• Provided field inspection and survey notes, reports, sketches as needed.
