d’Escoto, Inc. is conducting inspection of deck repair, slope wall repair, and micro silica overlay on the four-span bridge carrying IL 76 over Beaver Creek, 2.5 miles south of IL 173.
• Providing inspection and documentation of pay quantities, material testing and inspection (on site), construction staking, and layout as required or needed
• Completing required documentation requirements and constructing the work in accordance with the plans and specifications
• Assisting the RE with all documentation, including but not limited to: job diary, weekly reports, daily quantities, field books, calculations, traffic control reports, erosion control reports, consultant weekly reports, authorizations, and pay estimates.
• Assisting the RE with coordination of all local stakeholders including affected businesses, schools, and residents to ensure any possible impacts such as utilities or driveway access during construction was coordinated and maintained
• Implementing a project documentation system, including filing logs for submittals, pay applications, scope changes, RFIs and progress photography
• Reviewing existing site conditions and photograph/document every aspect of the site that will be impacted by the construction
• Ensure all documentation was entered and uploaded properly into CMMS.
• Assisting the RE with resolving conflicts arising from field conditions.
• Conduct bi-weekly progress meeting to ensure the stakeholder and Contractor are made aware of the current status of the project.
d’Escoto performed inspection and documentation of pay quantities, material testing and inspection on site, as well as construction staking, and layout as required or needed.
