The professional application encompassed the entire program scope and included systems to track and manage: program planning, design review, estimating, budgets, contracts, changes, project updates, meeting minutes, transmittals, lessons learned and time tracking. This highly integrated system is currently being used to produce all of the monthly status reports. The CTA quickly adopted the new system because of its ease of use and flexibility for reporting.
